Cases: Endo, general, ortho and urology; pediatrics may be added. Must be proficient in spinals, blocks and epidurals; case logs required.
Schedule: 7 AM–3 PM weekdays. No weeknight or weekend call. 2027 dates to be determined.
Practice: Independent CRNA practice; one daytime provider and two ORs.
EMR: Paper charting, with a transition to an electronic system planned for late 2026.
