I have a client in Boston, MA seeking a CRNA for locum coverage starting in June. Please see a few details below:
· 13-week assignment
· Amount of coverage needed per month: full-time working (between 7a-5p,
7a- 7p, and 12-8p).
· Will accept 1 week per month
· Cases per day: average 100 cases per day between 30 providers
· EMR: EPIC
· Hospital bed size: 41
· Skills required: Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology/Eye and Ear (ear, nose
and throat, facial plastics, sinus, nasal, thyroid, voice, swallowing, breathing,
Cornea, glaucoma, retina, Sleep medicine, neuro-ophthalmology, plastic
surgery, laser vision surgery) 30% are pediatrics but Peds is not required
· Setting: Hospital and Surgery Center
Requirements:
· Board Certification: yes
· License required: yes
· Certifications required: BLS, PALS, ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: Typically 60 but can do temps
