Overview:
CRNA coverage in Boston, MA, for complex ENT and eye surgeries, Mon–Fri with several shift options.
Schedule & Coverage:
Schedule Details: Monday–Friday; minimum of 2 shifts per week. Shift times being offered — please indicate preference when submitted: 4x8s per week, 3x13s per week, or 3x12s per week. Shift times are 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, 7:00 AM–8:00 PM, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM. Client is needing 1 provider for the 12:00 PM–8:00 AM shift and at least 2 providers to fill the 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 AM–8:00 PM shift. Title: CRNA. On Call: No.
Work Details:
EMR: Epic. Patient Age Group: Adult. Procedures / Work: Expert care in high-acuity head and neck cases, difficult airways, and skull base surgeries. Anesthesia for vision-saving eye procedures and fragile pediatric patients — seeing peds is optional for locums. Dynamic clinical work across a rich mix of routine and rare cases. Optional teaching and academic opportunities. Provide general and regional anesthesia for complex ENT and eye surgeries. No blocks. Manage high-risk airways and unique anatomy. Collaborate with expert surgical and perioperative teams. CRNAs currently work under medical direction. Only limited vacation can be approved for holiday weeks.
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required. State License: MA. Certifications: ACLS. DEA: Yes. Minimum Experience: Open to new grads only if they completed a rotation with the client during their training program.
Credentialing:
90 days. Willing to License: No.
Compensation & Travel:
Travel: All inclusive. Allows for $22/day parking. OT is the same as regular rate. Holiday is 1.4x. First 8 hours of orientation are non-billable.
