• 6:45a-3:15p (with .5 lunch 8hr total) and 6:45a-5:15p (with .5 lunch 10hr total)

• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: TBD, call coverage only
• Trauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level 4
• 5 OR's 2 procedure rooms
• Will you Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?: Yes
• Certification Requirement (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.): BLS and ACLS
• Training or Experience Required (Will You Accept New Grads?): No, we prefer experienced providers capable of servicing level 4 trauma facility with heavy general surgery and GYN, labor & delivery
• Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Primarily Adult, pediatrics are transferred out
• Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases
• Covid Vaccine Required
• Clean background with NO disciplinary actions and NO malpractice -Required
