About the clinician's workday

The schedule runs from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with call hours from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM. CRNA call is limited to OB only, with a 30-minute response time. There is no post-call day off or additional pay for call. Case types include endoscopy, OB/GYN, pediatrics, urology, ENT, general surgery, oral surgery, orthopedics, vascular, trauma, and ophthalmology. Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals is required. The facility uses Epic for EMR and operates under a team model with 90% supervision CRNA 3:1 and MD 2:2 ratios. There are 4 ORs and 1 endo room.
