Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Ongoing/Full-Time
Schedule: Typical weekday coverage
Facilities: 3 ORs, 4 providers per day
EMR: EPIC
Credentialing: 60–90 days (temps available with clear background, unrestricted license)
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required

• Independent CRNA practice with no supervision required
• Diverse case mix: General, Ortho, Urology, Ophthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry
• Must be proficient in spinals, epidurals, and blocks; caselogs required
