-7a- 4p / Call Hours: 4p- 7a
-Call Scheduled? Every 4th night
-Call Response Time: 30 mins
-Full weeks available, No OB needed
-Great choice for ongoing needs
-Any supervision? All CRNA Practice
-Types of cases required: General, Ortho, Urology, Opthalmology, Vascular, Dental, ENT, Podiatry
-Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: yes
-Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
-Licensure Requirements: ACLS, BLS, PALS
-Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days (Temps are available with a clear background / malpractice history and active, unrestricted license)
-Active MI License Required
