Call Hours: 3:00p – 7:00a
Response Time: 30 minutes

Practice Setting
Hospital-based anesthesia
Anesthesia Model: MD supervision (approximately 90%)

Staffing Ratio:
CRNAs: 3
MDs: 2
ORs: 4 ORs + 1 Endoscopy Room
EMR: Epic

Case Mix
OB/GYN (OB proficiency required)
Endo
General Surgery
ENT
Urology
Orthopedics
Ophthalmology
Vascular
Pediatrics
Trauma
Spinals, epidurals, and blocks required
Proof of OB experience required
Candidates with strong OB experience may be considered even if block proficiency is limited
Patient Population

Pediatrics through adults

Requirements
Active or eligible Michigan license
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Recent OB experience required
Clean background and malpractice history (temporary privileges available)

Credentialing
Timeframe: 90–120 days
Temporary privileges available for qualified providers

Compensation
$225/hour + Travel & Lodging
Client covers travel and lodging expenses
