We are seeking an experienced CRNA for an ongoing locum tenens assignment at a busy outpatient surgery center in Central Michigan. This is a Monday–Friday, day-shift-only opportunity with a fast-paced but well-organized environment and a strong surgical team.

Assignment Details
Start Date: February 11, 2026
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call: None
Nights/Weekends: None
Setting: Ambulatory Surgery Center
Clinical Practice
Anesthesia Model: All-CRNA practice

Case Types:
ENT (including Pediatric ENT)
Orthopedics (heavy ortho)
Ophthalmology
Endoscopy
Skills Required:
Spinals, blocks, and epidurals (blocks are a must)
Pediatric Volume: Limited (typically 1–2 cases on Tuesdays)
Strong, conservative pediatric protocols
Thorough pre-admission testing (PAT) process

Eye Cases:
Majority performed with topical anesthesia and light sedation
Environment & Workflow
Fast-paced center with efficient turnover
Average case time: ~75 minutes
Eye cases: ~20 minutes
EMR: HST

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $230/hr
Travel & Lodging: TBD
Temporary Privileges: Available
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 30–90 days

Requirements
CRNA
Proficient in regional anesthesia (blocks required)
ACLS, BLS, PALS
Comfortable in a high-efficiency ASC environment
