POSITION OVERVIEW
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opportunity within a well-established, multi-site anesthesiology team. This role offers a mix of inpatient and clinic-based anesthesia care in a collaborative environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across inpatient and multiple clinical sites
Perform preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans
Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
Monitor patients intraoperatively (vitals, anesthesia depth, response)
Manage post-anesthesia recovery and pain control
Document care accurately using Epic Systems EMR
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and multidisciplinary teams
SCHEDULE & COVERAGE
Full-time rotating day shifts
Weekend coverage: Required (rotational)
On-call: Required (rotational)
Travel between multiple sites within the health system
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$40,000 Sign-On Bonus

REQUIREMENTS
CRNA Certification (NBCRNA) – Required
Active Michigan RN License (must be in hand at submission)
BLS & ACLS Certifications
DEA & CSR/CDS (required prior to start)
Clean malpractice and license history
Must have CRNA experience (no new graduates)
Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and on-call
Must meet credentialing requirements (90–120 days)
