POSITION OVERVIEW
Full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) opportunity within a dynamic anesthesiology team in a collaborative inpatient hospital setting. This role offers flexible scheduling options, a $40,000 sign-on bonus, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a wide range of patient populations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures
Provide anesthesia services to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatrics and geriatrics
Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans
Monitor patients intraoperatively and adjust anesthetic levels as needed
Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and follow-up care
Deliver airway management services throughout the hospital as needed
Participate in inpatient anesthesia coverage
Travel to multiple locations and clinics as required
Participate in on-call and weekend rotations
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
SCHEDULE & COVERAGE
Flexible shift options: 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts
Varied start times based on departmental needs
Weekend coverage required (rotational)
On-call required (rotational, schedule determined by department)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$40,000 Sign-On Bonus

REQUIREMENTS
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Required
NBCRNA Certification – Required
Active Michigan RN License (must be in hand at time of submission; no exceptions)
BLS and ACLS Certifications – Required
DEA and CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
Minimum 1–2 years of CRNA experience (excluding RN experience and training)
Clean malpractice and license history (no exceptions)
Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and on-call
Must meet hospital credentialing requirements
LICENSURE & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Michigan State License – Required (must be active at time of submission; no license contingency)

NBCRNA

Confirmation of CRNA certification
Active Michigan RN license
Total years of CRNA experience (excluding RN and training)
BLS and ACLS certification status
Clean malpractice and license history

Visa status (H1B and J1 accepted, if applicable)
DEA status (or ability to obtain prior to start)
