🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
Certification:
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Required
• NBCRNA Certification – Required
Licensure:
• Active Michigan RN License (must be in hand at presentation) – Required
• DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
• CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
Certifications:
• BLS – Required
• ACLS – Required
Documentation:
• Updated CV with detailed work history
• Most Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
• Clean Malpractice and License History
Additional Requirements:
• Must specify years of CRNA experience (excluding RN experience and training)
• Must be willing to work weekends and participate in on-call coverage
• Must specify visa status if applicable
Candidate Restrictions:
• New graduates will not be considered

• No candidates commuting long distances or working another position concurrently
📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preoperative Assessment:
• Review medical history and evaluate patient risk factors
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans
Anesthesia Management:
• Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
• Monitor patient status, anesthesia depth, and response to interventions
Post-Anesthesia Care:
• Manage recovery and pain control
• Provide immediate postoperative support
Documentation & Compliance:
• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation
• Comply with credentialing, quality assurance, and safety standards
Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
