Case mix: ortho, endo, gen surg, urology, ENT, some OB (labor epidurals/C-sections)
Pay: $250/hr
Requires: spinals, epidurals, art/venous lines, OB experience, NBCRNA, BLS/ACLS/PALS
75 cases in last 12 months, MI license only
Credentialing: ~30 days
