Job description

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8's, 10's or 12's.
• Call is negotiable.
• Cases: All cases. Minimal Peds. CRNAs do not do lines or blocks.
• Level II trauma.
• Medically Supervised.
• Credentialing: 60 days. Temps may be possible.
• Must have MN license.

• Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
