Job description

Shift Details: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hour shifts available.
Schedule: 6:30-3pm ; 6:30-5pm ; 6:30-7pm ; 6:30-8pm
Minimum of 2 weeks per month

Work Details:
· Support staff: Care Team Model 4:1 ; 24hr Anesthesia Aid Dept. to turn rooms over, bring supplies etc.
· Amount of coverage needed per month: FTE
· Patient population/age: 12+
· Department description: Tertiary facility
· EMR: Epic
· Special procedures: Specialized care
Practice Setting:
• Hospital - Tertiary facility
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CRNA
- Trauma Level 1 preferred but not required

Start Date: standard credentialing is 90 days, they're open to a provider starting as late as August.

• Call Optional
• Cases Include: mainly bread and butter, some heads, no peds or hearts.
