Aya Locums is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide ongoing coverage at a leading tertiary-care hospital in Minnesota. This role offers flexible shift options, a strong care-team model, and the opportunity to support advanced surgical services in a high-acuity environment.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: September 15, 2025
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Paid Orientation: 2 days required
• Coverage Needed: Full-time preferred; minimum of 2 weeks per month required
• Call Options:
o 12-hour beeper call some Saturdays (optional)
o 8-hour weeknight call
o Occasional overnight availability (weeknights/weekends) welcome but not required
• Shift Options: 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts
• Sample Schedules:
o 6:30 am – 3:00 pm
o 6:30 am – 5:00 pm
o 6:30 am – 7:00 pm
o 6:30 am – 8:00 pm

• Patient Population: Ages 12+
• Department: Tertiary hospital OR services
• Support Staff:
o Care-team model 4:1
o 24-hour anesthesia aide department (room turnover, supply support, etc.)
• Special Procedures: Specialized anesthesia care
o CRNAs do not perform blocks, A-lines, epidurals, or spinals
• EMR: Epic

Requirements
• Licensure:
o Licensed Registered Nurse – Minnesota Board of Nursing
o Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist – Minnesota Board of Nursing
o Willing to license providers
• Certifications: ACLS & BLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year as a practicing CRNA
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
