CRNA Locums | Flexible Shifts | Minneapolis, MN

Job description

We’re seeking experienced CRNAs for an ongoing locums opportunity at a large tertiary hospital in Minneapolis, MN. This assignment offers flexible shift options, a supportive care team model, and optional call for those interested.

Position Highlights
- Contract Length: Ongoing (initial 4-month contract)
- Paid Orientation: 3 days

Coverage Needed:
- Minimum 36 hours/week
- 2–3 weeks per month required
- First 3 months require two consecutive weeks/month

Schedule & Shifts
- 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts available

Optional call:
- 12-hour beeper call
- 8-hour weeknight call
- Occasional overnight shifts (weeknight or weekend) welcomed but not required

Practice Details:
- Setting: Hospital-based, tertiary care facility
- Care Model: Supervised, 4:1 care team model
- Support: 24-hour Anesthesia Aide Department
- Patient Population: Ages 12+
Note: CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals.

Requirements:
- Active MN RN & CRNA licenses - WE CAN LICENSE
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
- ACLS & BLS
- Must live 50+ miles
