CRNA needed in Winona, MN! Independent Practice | Rural Hospital

Location: Minnesota
Position: CRNA
Start Date: ASAP (~45 days from offer)
Contract Length: 3 months (option to extend)
📅 Assignment Details
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call:
Weekdays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekends/Holidays: 24-hour call (7a–7a)
Rotation: ~1 in 6
Minimum Coverage: 2 weeks/month (flexible – inquire before submitting)
Response Time: Must be within 30 minutes
🏥 Practice Setting
Setting: Rural Hospital (49 beds)
Model: CRNA-only (independent practice)
OR Setup:
4 core ORs
Endoscopy suite
C-suite
1 flex room
DaVinci robot available
🩺 Work Details
Case Volume: 3–5 cases/day
Patient Population: Primarily adult/geriatric + light pediatrics

Case Mix Includes:
Orthopedics (total joints, spine, sports)
General surgery
Plastics
Podiatry
OB (35–50 C-sections/year)
Ophthalmology (cataracts)
🧠 Clinical Scope
Full-scope independent anesthesia practice
Skills Required:
General anesthesia
Neuraxial anesthesia (spinals, epidurals, CSE)
Nerve blocks
OB anesthesia
👥 Team Environment
3–4 CRNAs on shift
Additional pediatric CRNAs on Fridays
Collaborative but autonomous environment
✅ Requirements
Certification: NBCRNA
License: Active Minnesota license required
DEA: Required
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation
Experience: 2+ years
Preferred: Pediatrics + rural experience
⏱️ Credentialing
~45 days (board meets monthly)

• 26 weeks with option to extend
• On call required
