Contract Details
• Location: MN
• Practice Setting: Hospital
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 15:00
• Credentialing Timeframe: Credentialing takes around 45 days
• General Requirements:
○ Board Certification: BC
○ License Required: MN
○ DEA: yes
• Skills required: Nerve blocks, OB, general anesthesia, spinals
• Support Staff: 3 to 4 CRNAs on shift, plus 2 pediatric CRNAs on Friday
