A growing Minnesota hospital system is seeking CRNAs for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity offering an autonomous practice model, flexible shift options, and a broad case mix in a scenic lakes-region community.

Compensation:
$230/hr
Travel & lodging covered separately

Assignment Details:
Start: ASAP
Ongoing assignment with extension potential
3-month commitment preferred
Flexible weekday scheduling:
8s, 10s, or 12s available
Shift times range from 6:30a start

Call:
1st call only
Weeknight call: 4:30p–6:30a
Weekend call: 24-hour Saturday & Sunday
No post-call day off

Practice Setting:
Autonomous CRNA model
No medical supervision
Epic EMR
Temporary and emergency privileges available
Fast credentialing timeline (~30 days)

Case Mix:
OB
ENT Pediatrics
Orthopedics
General Surgery
GI
Ophthalmology
Podiatry
Urology
Interventional Spine
Cath Lab
No cardiac or trauma cases

Requirements:
Active Minnesota license preferred
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
Must live more than 2 hours from site
12 months of case logs required for credentialing
Comfortable practicing independently
