Position Details
Independent all-CRNA practice
4 CRNAs during the day
Day coverage includes:
2 providers 7a–3p
1 provider through 5:30p
1 provider covering 24 hours
Call includes approximately one 24-hour weekday shift
Additional weekend call coverage available
Must be proficient with spinals, blocks & epidurals
Case logs required
Multiple coverage blocks available
Temporary privileges available for clean files with an active, unrestricted license
