Pay: $225/hr + travel/lodging + malpractice insurance
Schedule: Blocks of 4 sifts w/in 7 days stretch...10's or 12's
Call: no
Patient Load/Age: varies
Procedures: Specialty: CRNA

Start Date: May - ongoing
Requirements: BC CRNA, VA license, DEA, BLS, ACLS
Pay: $200/hr + travel/lodging + malpractice insurance
Schedule: Variety of 8s, 10s, 12s (7-3, 7-5, 7-7 or 11-7 or 11-11)
Call: no
Patient Load/Age: varies
Cases: Cardiac; Complete Ortho; Complex Vascular; Head Spine; Neuro; OB; Pediatric; Regional; Thoracic
