• Schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
• Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours plus call
• Call: Required
o CRNA is called only when physician requests backup

• Board Status: Board eligible
• Licensure: Active Missouri license required (MO only)
• Certification: ACLS
• CSR: Active CSR required
