Job description

***$20K Completion Bonus (13 weeks/520hrs)***
• Schedule: 8, 10, 12 or 24hr.
• Cases include: OB, ortho, gen surgery, spine, ENT, limited peds, limited neuro, and vascular.
• Cardiac cases start at 630 and general OR cases start at 730. ORs taper down but run until 730 pm.
• Call: 2 MDs on call each day (1 for gen, 1 for cardiac) and the in house CRNA.
• 8 gen rooms, 2 cardiac, 3 endo, 3 EP, and an OB room.
• Supervision ratio of 1:4.
• Covering 2 facilities.
• Credentialing: 60 - 90 days.

• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
