Call: Optional, based on providers preference
# of cases per day: 10-20
Types of Cases: Bread & Butter, PEDS, OBGYN
Support Staff: 4 CRNA's on staff
Hourly or Daily Rate + Travel & Malpractice Insurance
*Have time to license, if not already licensed in NH.
