ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Supplemental / Temporary
DURATION: 12+ weeks
SHIFTS: 8- or 10-hour day shifts

8-HOUR: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

10-HOUR: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

RATE: $260/hour



POSITION OVERVIEW

Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic, pediatric, and OB procedures. Ideal for local locums or candidates in the process of obtaining state licensure.


WEEKEND BEEPER CALL IS MANDATORY (actual call-back <5%)

Supervised by anesthesiologists (CRNA-to-MD ratio: 3:1)



RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia care in accordance with established protocols

Collaborate with anesthesiologists during surgical cases

Adhere to scheduled shift times, including pre- and post-operative care

Document cases accurately in the charting system



REQUIREMENTS

CRNA certification

Willing to accept candidates working toward state license

Ability to work under anesthesiologist supervision

Experience with multiple surgical case types preferred



SHIFT & WORKFLOW DETAILS

Punch in at 7:00 AM (30 mins pre-op)

Full shift adherence required

Weeknight/weekend pager coverage preferred; in-house call not required

Overtime not expected
