Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Locum Tenens
Location: Taos, NM
Duration: 13 weeks

Schedule:
Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Call rotation: Every 3rd night (20‑minute response time)
Coverage spans June through early January per facility schedule
On-Call Requirements: Required – rotating night and weekend call
Board Certification Required: Yes – CRNA (Board Certified only)
Setting: Critical Access Hospital
Patient Population: All Ages
EMR: MedAxion
Support Staff: CRNA‑only model; 4 providers during the day; 3 ORs
Credentialing Timeframe: 30–60 days

ENT
Vascular cases
Acute pain management
Outpatient surgeries
Spinal anesthesia
Epidurals
Peripheral nerve blocks (case logs required)
