CRNA Needed x2 – Cooperstown, New York

Start Date: January | Schedule: Full-Time | Facility Type: Hospital-Based Practice

Join a respected health system in Cooperstown, NY, providing high-quality care within a collaborative anesthesia care team.

Position Highlights:
• Supervision model: 1 physician to 3 CRNAs
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible 8s, 10s, or 12s (no 24s)
• Will consider 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule
• Must be willing to work 4–5 days per week
• EMR: Epic
• No travel – cover one campus only
• Adult patient population (low volume of pediatrics)
• 7 ORs
• Malpractice insurance & tail coverage provided
• Pay rate: $230/hr + travel & lodging

Case Mix:
General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric Surgery, UroGyn
No Hearts, No Neuro, No Thoracic

OB Details:
• Spinal and epidural experience required
• ~100 deliveries per month
• Low epidural rate (large midwifery program)
• 15% C-section rate

Credentialing:
• 2–3 months with active NY license (expedited options available)

Requirements:
• BLS, ACLS, PALS – Required
• Active NY License – Required
• Must reside outside 50 miles of the facility
