13-week assignment

8 hour shifts with weeknight call

Cases: General & Ortho
Estimated Privileging Timeframe: 45 days
Expedited privs available
NBCRNA req'd
Willing to license: No

Weeknight call starts after 8 hour shift
Weekend call is required
Call is beeper (not in house)

Site Charting System: iPro
Number of Anesthesia Rooms: 4
Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes
What is the MD to CRNA ratio?: 1 to 4
Are MDs doing their own cases?: No
