CRNA Needed in Coastal North Carolina – No Call, No Weekends, Early Days

Job description

An outpatient surgical center in coastal North Carolina is seeking an experienced CRNA for a 3-month locum assignment with potential to extend. This is a great opportunity for providers looking for a predictable weekday schedule with no call responsibilities.

The role is based in a fast-paced ambulatory setting focused on gastroenterology and non-surgical weight loss procedures. Providers will work closely with a collaborative physician and a strong clinical support team.

Start Date: 5/4/2026
Contract Length: 3 months (ongoing potential)
Credentialing Timeframe: <1 week
Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• Start time: 6:45 AM
• Procedures begin: 7:00–7:30 AM
• Typical end time: 2:00–3:30 PM (varies by day)
• No call, no nights, no weekends
Practice Setting:
• Ambulatory Surgery Center / Office-based setting
• Gastroenterology and weight loss procedures
Work Details:
• Patient volume: 17–24 per day depending on physician
• Patient population: Ages ~16–80
• Procedures: EGD, colonoscopy, gastric sleeve and other non-surgical weight loss procedures
• EMR: gGastro (GMED)
Support Staff:
• Collaborative physician
• 2–3 RNs and LPNs
• 1–2 MAs in procedure rooms
• Active NC license required

• Credentialed in as little as 1 week
