Job description

• Working 2 week on 2 week off
• All CRNA Practice
• 2 Operating Rooms
• Shift: 7am - 3 pm
• Night Call: 3pm - 7am
• Cases: ENDO, OB, URO, General, Opt
• Need proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks
• EMR: Paper
• Proof of vaccination required
• 60 days credentialing
