Job description

• M-F Day shift,. Prefer 1:4 call but not required.
• Average 1 labor epidural/day, General, Ortho, Endo, Gyn, Ophthalmology, ENT, Urology, Plastic, Podiatry, Major Vascular, no hearts
• Fully autonomous practice with 1 MD and 4 CRNAs running 4 ORs.
• Doc supervises 4 CRNAs 7a-3p.
• Schedule: 5 8s.
• No EMR, paper records
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.

• Must have an OH license and temp privileges will be provided but candidate must have a clean background.
• Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
• Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals Full Daily Rate per weekend day + Premium after 4 hours.
