CRNA needed in Defiance, OH
Monday-Friday (5x8's)
Call 1-2 weekdays and 1:4 weekends
Types of Cases: Ortho, GYN, general, and some pediatric cases. Defiance is a small hospital that runs about 3-4 rooms per day and also has an OB department. CRNA must be able to do epidurals proficiently.

Credentialing: 30 days
CRNA, OH license, ACLS, BLS, PALS and COVID vaccine required
