CRNA needed in Fairfield, OH
ASAP-ongoing
Monday-Friday (5x8's)
No weekends or call
Types of Cases: Major vascular, general, ENT, ortho, podiatry, urology, ophthalmology, GYN (no OB - they have a separate team)
Support Staff: 5 MD's, 13-14 CRNA's daily. MD supervision is 1:4.
EMR System: EPIC
Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
CRNA, OH license, ACLS, BLS, and COVID vaccine required
