Locums to Perm CRNA Opportunity in OH!
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 Month assignment, then converts to perm
Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s a week 7a start time

OH License Required (Aya can assist with licensing!)
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60-120 Days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
