$205/HOUR + MILEAGE
Work Schedules:
8s, 10s, or 12s 7am start
Schedule: Open to a 1-2 weeks on, 1-2 weeks off
• Call: yes
• Case Types: Orthopedics, spine, urology, plastics, general surgery, GYN - 10% healthy peds, 90% Adults
• supervision model
• must have active Ohio license
• 60 day credentialing
• medical malpractice insurance provided with tail coverage
