Pay

Schedule
• Exact schedule TBD, but flexibility required
• Client strongly prefers providers willing to work:
o 12 hour shifts: 6:30a – 7:00p
o 13 hour shifts: 6:30a – 8:00p
o 14 hour shifts: 6:30a – 9:00p
o 16 hour shifts: 6:30a – 11:00p
• Providers seeking 5x8s or 4x10s will be placed on night or mid day shifts
• Minimum commitment: 2 days/week
o May consider 1 day/week (16 hour) for highly aligned candidates
• No weekends, no call

• Kidney & pancreas transplant (no liver, heart, or lung)
• IR, GI, bronchoscopy, CT, MRI, dental, radiation oncology

❌ No open heart
❌ No pain / blocks / neuraxial
❌ No neonates or pediatrics

Skills & Experience Required
• Experienced CRNAs only (no new grads)
• Minimum 1 year of independent CRNA practice
• Comfortable in a medically directed care team
• Moderate to high experience in most general, neuro, endo, and urologic cases
• Arterial line experience preferred; central lines optional

Requirements
• Board Certified CRNA
• Active state license or willingness to license
• Ability to commit to consistent weekly coverage
• Comfortable with longer shift lengths
• Clean background and credentialing history
