# Pediatric CRNA – Locum Tenens

**Position:** Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
**Setting:** Hospital-Based Anesthesia / Level I Trauma Center
**Schedule:** 8- or 10-hour shifts
**Shift Times:** 7:00 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
**Patient Population:** Neonatal and Pediatric

## ⚡ POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

* Growing anesthesia department with a modern clinical environment
* **No call, weekends, or holidays**
* Choice of **8- or 10-hour shifts**
* Approximately **1–15 surgical cases per day**
* Work alongside **Pediatric Anesthesiologists and CRNAs**
* Level I Trauma Center
* Approximately **13,000 OR cases annually**
* Coverage across **11 main ORs**, additional ORs, medical imaging, and IR
* **60–90 day credentialing timeframe**
* New graduates welcome
* Pediatric/neonatal experience preferred

## 🩺 CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

* Perform pre-operative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
* Provide anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence.
* Deliver safe anesthesia care to neonatal and pediatric patients.
* Collaborate with Pediatric Anesthesiologists and the multidisciplinary surgical team.
* Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
* Provide high-quality, family-centered anesthesia care.

## 💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

* Salary up to **$325,000/year**, based on experience
* Sign-on bonus based on commitment

## 📋 QUALIFICATIONS

* BSN or equivalent nursing education
* Graduate of an accredited **AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program**
* Current **NBCRNA certification**
* Active Ohio CRNA license or willingness to obtain
* **BLS and PALS**
* Strong communication and customer-service skills
* Good computer skills
* Excellent manual dexterity and physical/emotional stamina
* New graduates may be considered
* **1–3 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience preferred**
