o Location: Tulsa, OK
o Available Schedule: (5) 8hr shifts per week preferred, but 10s and 12s available.
o Call: Preferred, but not required
o Level 2 Trauma
o Case Mix: No Cardiac. More acute, big pediatric cases, complex spines, liver resections, lungs, CRNAs do trunk and ankle blocks, epidurals/spinals, a-lines.
o Care Team Model. Mix of Medical Direction and QZ. CRNAs will see and pre-op their own patient.
o EMR: Cerner
o OK License and DEA – required
o Credentialing Timeframe: Approx. 60-90 days to process a completed credentialing application.
