Locums CRNA – 1.5 Hours Outside Oklahoma City, OK

📆 Start: November 3 | Duration: Ongoing
🕒 Schedule: Mon–Fri, 40 hrs/week
📞 Call: Every 4th night & 5th weekend (flexible)

Case Types:
- Mostly Endo, Ortho (joints & spines), Peds Dental, OB
- Also General, Urology, Pain Mgmt, Gyn, ENT, Podiatry
- Must be proficient in blocks, epidurals & spinals

👥 Patients: Mainly adults; peds for dental
🩺 Model: Independent CRNA practice
📑 Credentialing: Up to 90 days
💵 Rate: $225/hr + travel & lodging
