Job description

- Target start date: Oct 27, 2025, ongoing.
- Care team model.
- There are 5 MDAs and 7 CRNAs.
- Active OK license, DEA/OBNDD
- Cases: Bread & Butter, OB, ortho, GI, no hearts or heads.
- Schedule is M-F 7a-3p, no nights or weekends.
- Credential in 6 weeks with temps and a clean file and OK license.
- Epic EMR.
- Travel and lodging provided.
