Specialty: CRNA
Start Date: as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: 7a-3p or call shift 7a-7a
Work Details:
· Support Staff: CRNA only- no supervision
·· Department Description: GI, General, ortho, Uro, OB,
· EMR: EPIC
·Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
· Specific travel client will pay for: Travel and Lodging
Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required
· License Required: Active OK license
·· Minimum Experience Required: Experience preferred, willing to train
Credentialing Timeframe: up to 90 days

• Ongoing for 3 months
• No supervision
• Case mix includes GI, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, and OB.
