We are seeking an experienced CRNA for a high‑acuity Level I Trauma academic hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a full‑time locum tenens opportunity with no call, consistent weekday coverage, and long‑term assignment potential.

Schedule

Start Date: 4/27/2026
Day shifts only
4x10s or 5x10s (4–5 shifts per week required)
Hours: 7:00a – 5:00p
Minimum availability: Full‑time (4+ weeks per month)

Will not consider 2–3 weeks of availability at this time


Optional weekend 8‑hour shifts may be available (7a–3p)
Call: None


Pay

$230/hr – $240/hr
Travel assistance available (with caps)


Case Mix / Environment

High‑acuity surgical cases
Level I Trauma experience required
Broad patient population:

Neonates through Geriatrics


Operating Room–based practice
Academic standards and protocols


Department Details

Large acute care hospital (~900 beds)
Team‑based anesthesia model
Significant provider support (CRNAs & Anesthesiologists)
Epic experience preferred


Requirements

NBCRNA
Active Oklahoma CRNA license (or willing to license)
Active RN & APRN license
DEA
Oklahoma CSR
BLS (AHA required)
PALS or ACLS
Recent Level I Trauma experience required
Minimum 1 year experience (no new grads)
