Contract Length: Ongoing

Shift Details: 7a-3p

Schedule: Mon–Fri, No call, no nights, no weekends

Work Details:
• Support Staff: 2 CRNAs
• Department Description: Ophthalmology, Ortho, Urology, ENT, and Plastics
• Skills Required: Comfortable practicing independently in a CRNA-only setting

Practice Setting:
• Hospital: Yes

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required
• License Required: Active OK license
• Certifications Preferred: BLS, ACLS
