Aya Locums is seeking CRNAs for a locum tenens opportunity in John Day, Oregon. This role offers a flexible 2-week on/off schedule with high autonomy in a critical access hospital setting.

Position Overview
• 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off
• 4x10 schedule
• Full-scope CRNA practice
• On-call responsibilities during working weeks
• Travel and lodging provided
• Willing to license

Practice Setting
• Critical access hospital
• OR + procedural + emergency coverage
• Small team, high autonomy

Clinical Details
• OR days: Tuesday & Thursday
• Procedure days: Monday & Wednesday
• OB, trauma, and emergency coverage required
• Pain management experience preferred

Requirements
• CRNA certification required
• Comfortable with OB and emergency cases
• Ability to respond within 20 minutes
