🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
Board Certification: Must be Board Certified CRNA.

Licensure: Oregon CRNA license required or willingness to obtain prior to start.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of employment experience as a CRNA required.

Documentation Required:
• Updated CV with detailed work history
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
• Clean malpractice and background history

Additional Information Required:
• Indicate interest in Full-Time or Part-Time employment
• Indicate ties to Oregon (family, previous residence, etc.)

• No locum tenens candidates

📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Anesthesia Care: Administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related services independently.

Regional Anesthesia: Perform all types of regional anesthesia and nerve blocks.

Perioperative Care: Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services across multiple procedural settings.

Patient Safety: Ensure safe, evidence-based anesthesia care in compliance with hospital policies and medical staff standards.

Practice Setting: Hospital-Based Anesthesia Department

Coverage Areas:
• 7 Operating Rooms
• Endoscopy Suite
• Cardiac Catheterization Lab
• Ambulatory Surgery Center

Team Structure:
• Independent CRNA Practice Model
• Collaborative Physician and CRNA Team

Case Types:
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Vascular
• Endoscopy
• Healthy Pediatrics
• Regional Anesthesia Procedures

🏠 RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT:
This is a permanent position requiring residence within the immediate local area. Relocation may be required.

  • Independent Practice Model: CRNAs practice 100% independently in accordance with Oregon state regulations and medical staff bylaws.
  • Collaborative Team Environment: Join an experienced, hospital-employed anesthesia team consisting of CRNAs and Physicians.
  • High-Acuity Practice: Work in a Level III Trauma Center serving a large regional patient population.
