• Relocation may be required, as providers are expected to reside within the immediate local area.

🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):

• Board Certified CRNA.

• Oregon license or willingness to obtain.

• Minimum of 1 year of employment experience as a CRNA.

• Must specify interest in full-time or part-time employment.

• Must disclose ties to Oregon (family connections or previous residence).

• Clean malpractice and background history.

• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report completed within the last 30 days.

• Full presentation packet required prior to submission.

• Candidates who have applied directly to the position are not eligible for agency presentation.

📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Independently administer anesthesia and anesthesia-related care.

• Practice in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Deliver anesthesia services across multiple procedural settings.

• Perform regional anesthesia techniques, including various nerve blocks.

• Collaborate effectively with physicians and fellow CRNAs to optimize patient outcomes.

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Annual Base Salary: $305,218 for a full-time provider with significant experience.
