Job description

• Paid Educational Leave - 1 week
• 100% Employer Paid Malpractice including Tail
• Case load includes: Neurosurgery, Cardiac, General, ENT, Ortho, OB, Vascular and Trauma
• 4 Anesthesiologists, 22 CRNAs
• 9 General OR’s, 2 Cardiac OR’s
• 3 Cardiac Cath Labs
• EMR - GE Centricity (Outpatient), Cerner (Inpatient)

• Paid Vacation - 6 weeks
• Sign on Bonus - $45,000 with 3 year commitment
• Salary Range - $180k-200k - Plus Time and a half for over 40 hours during the week
