Rhode Island Anesthesiologist Locums – Ongoing Coverage + Balanced Case Mix

Job description

Assignment Details:
Start: As soon as credentialed
Length: Ongoing coverage (multiple date ranges available)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with occasional late shifts)

Call Schedule:
Weeknight call: ~1 in 3
Weekend call: ~1 in 4
Call hours: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
30-minute response time

Practice Setting:
Hospital-based setting
Medical supervision model (MDs + CRNAs)
EPIC EMR
Small to mid-sized OR environment

Case Mix:
Orthopedics (including spine)
General Surgery
Endoscopy
OB/GYN (moderate volume)
Pediatrics
Urology
ENT
Ophthalmology
Plastics & Podiatry
Cardiac (including cath lab & TEE)

Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible Anesthesiologist
ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Proficiency in:
Regional blocks
Spinals
Epidurals (documentation required)
Clean background preferred

Credentialing:
45–90 days (temps available for clean files)
Open to licensing candidates
