• Schedule: 7am - 7pm. M-F option, provider will be busy and can work up to 40 hours/week.
• Bread and butter cases. Assigned to a specific location but may be asked to float to other community locations. No Trauma.
• In general, can expect 3-5 cases a day. Patients age: 18 years or older.
• Proficient in IV sedation, General Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia (Bier Blocks). 2 years experience.
• EMR: Epic Skills. (class is required in person on Tuesdays 8:30-12:30p, no exceptions).
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years of experience, clean malpractice background.
• NO GAPS OF EMPLOYMENT OVER 90 DAYS.
• Credentialing: 90 - 120 days.
• 500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
